Delivery
Upon delivery, be sure to check the condition of the package and, if necessary, make reservations with the delivery person. (Without these reservations, we will not be able to intervene with the carrier.)
Items can be returned to us for a refund if notified to us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
